Medway Council - Home Care and Extra Care Survey

We are conducting a survey to find out about people's experiences of home care services in Medway. Your comments would help us to find out what is working well, and where things could be improved. Your opinion is important to ensuring people are receiving the best possible care and support. The information you provide will help us to develop future services.
